This is a tenant building facing a bus street that extends from Oizumi-Gakuen Station. The building makes effective use of mitigation in the direction of height by utilizing the district plan along the road. The building's exterior walls are monotone in color, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The large openings facing the road allow tenants to sign their names.
